Cezam — Restaurant in Dély Brahim

NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN .

I really do not understand the hype about this one , tried it for the first time yesterday and it was a HOT MESS .

First the service: sure it was a full house night because its a Thursday-night obv, yet it does not explain the lack of interest in the client, we sat there for about 20 min in a DIRTY table just to get the menu after asking for it multiple times . The waiter was nice sure but he didn’t even clean the table until I asked.

The food : The pasta was average. Lacking a ton of salt , asked for the salt 3 TIMES , and didn’t get it , l’entrecôte par contre was hard as a rock , left it on the plate .

Price : toooo expensive for the quality tbh

Overall vibe : decor is nice , family place , BUT , the music was on and off the whole time , and doing this weird sounds . Which played on my nerves, and got me all stressed out .

I was highly disappointed tbh to go to a restaurant with such a big reputation, and see that the reality is not so impressive at all , we came in hungry and we left still hungry,...

My first visit to Restaurant Cezam was a bit disappointing, especially because of an issue with the lasagna served to my guests—it lacked pasta and was just ground meat with sauce. This left me with mixed feelings.

However, I decided to give it another chance, and this time, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff. The team is very welcoming, friendly, and attentive to customers, which completely changed my experience. The service is fast and thoughtful, and they truly do their best to ensure guests have a great time.

The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere, and the presentation of the dishes is well done. Despite my initial disappointment, I am now satisfied with my overall experience and will definitely come back.

Today, my family and I traveled from far away to go to this restaurant. When we arrived, we were told they didn't serve pizza. We then ordered a Caesar salad, a burger, and fries. The fries were definitely not fresh, they were just reheated. I asked them that I wanted my burger cooked all the way through, but unfortunately, it was served bloody. The chicken in the Caesar salad was also old and unfortunately not fresh. When I finally wanted to go to the bathroom, I found a cockroach in the women's restroom.
