I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Loft Restaurant with a group of over 6 people, and I must say it was an absolute disaster. The restaurant's hospitality towards our group was nothing short of abysmal, leaving us extremely disappointed and frustrated. First and foremost, the restaurant seemed completely unprepared to handle a group of our size, and their respect was so low. Despite making a reservation well in advance, there was no proper arrangement for our arrival. The staff appeared flustered and disorganized, struggling to find a suitable seating arrangement for us. We were left standing awkwardly in the entrance, feeling ignored and unwelcome.

To make matters worse, i had the opportunity to see the service for other people around me was painfully slow and inefficient. It took an eternity for orders to be taken, and when the food finally arrived, it was evident that the meals had been hastily prepared. The presentation was lackluster, and the quality of the dishes was underwhelming. Moreover, the attitude of the restaurant staff towards our group was dismissive and inattentive. We constantly had to seek their attention for even the most basic questions.

Adding insult to injury, the lack of communication between the staff members was glaringly obvious.

J'ai été très déçue de leur service, on doit répéter 100 fois l chose pour que celui ci réagisse, et la meilleure ont demande une crêpe, le serveur nous dit que c'etait l'heure du dîner et que si on voulait une crêpe il fallait changer de place en sachant que ça faisait à peine une petite heure que nous étions sur place... Je trouve ça grave que oui ne puissions pas manger ce qu'on veut...et en 2018 je suis choquée qu'il existe encore des endroits où on va et ou on nous oblige à consommer à outrance comme ils veulent et de cette manière, je trouve ça aberrant... Un très excellent restaurant et une belle terrasse...l'endroit est calme et moderne, la nourriture est bonne, la chicha est bonne, mais les prix sont à revoir, notamment le prix de la chicha et des plats... A part ça ....LOFT est mon meilleur endroit. Update: 19-02-2024 Note au responsable du restaurant : Il y a un serveur un peu âgé qui porte une chemise blanche à rayures rouges. Il n'a aucun tact pour parler et il parle méchamment avec les clients fidèles du restaurant. Il parle en donnant des ordres. comme s'il était le propriétaire du restaurant ...avec son comportement , vous risquez de perdre la plupart de vos clients fidèles... le reste des serveurs machalah, ils sont extrêmement polis...
