RESTAURANT idaa ( Poissons Frais et Viandes, 1800 et 3000 ) — Restaurant in Oran

I came here a few days ago with my family and we had an amazing time. The food was astonishing . The meat and chicken were fresh, delicious and well cooked and the starters were scrumptious. I had the Algerian bourek which I found delicious. I also had the Tunisian bourek which was full of flavour. For the main I got a mixed grill with rice and vegetables on the side. The mixed grill was seasoned to perfection and the rice and vegetables on the side complimented the meat. For desert I had the tiramisu which was the perfect way to end my meal as it complimented the starters and mains I had earlier. Also it was very tasty. The portions were hefty and the service was incredible. The waiter was very kind and welcoming when and he recommended some great dishes for us to try. My mum had the daily menu which the waiter recommended which was also delicious. Also, she had the chocolate mousse which was nice and not too sweet like the other times we tried a chocolate mousse at a different restaurant. The price was also good for the quality of the food. The decor of the restaurant is very beautiful and there is plenty of spacing in this restaurant. There is an upstairs and you can bring a huge family to eat at this restaurant. Restaurant idaa : deux plats, deux déceptions, une addition salée.*

Nous avons commencé avec le plat du jour: une noisette d’agneau à la tagliatelle, facturée 2400 DA. Sur le papier, ça promettait En réalité, c’était une déception. La viande était à peine cuite, presque saignante, sans qu’on nous ait demandé notre préférence de cuisson. Et ce n’était pas de l’agneau tendre comme annoncé, mais clairement du vieux mouton: dur, gras, et mal préparé. Les tagliatelles, quant à elles, baignaient dans le beurre ou l’huile, sans équilibre ni finesse. Le deuxième plat — un émincé de poulet à 1700 DA qui n’a pas relevé le niveau. Servi sans aucun accompagnement, malgré les promesses de la serveuse et les photos sur Google Maps montrant des assiettes complètes. Quand nous avons demandé pourquoi il manquait l’accompagnement, elle nous a répondu qu’il fallait le demander.comme dans les petits fast-foods de poulet où tu paies 600 DA le morceau, et 400 DA le mélange riz-olive-frite comme donc la 3eme photo que j’ai ajouté pour la démontré ce qui correspond exactement à la quantité du bol qu’on nous a servi. Sauf qu’ici, on parle d’un restaurant qui affiche des prix bien plus élevés et une prétention gastronomique. Et surtout, nous n’allons pas mendier un accompagnement que vous mettez clairement en évidence sur vos photos, et que votre propre serveuse nous avait affirmé comme inclus. Au moment de régler l’addition, lorsque nous avons fait la remarque, *elle nous a simplement lancé: "Je vais vous ramener l’accompagnement et la seffa." Trop tard le mal est déjà fait "nous quittions déjà la table."

Ajoutez à cela un cocktail pour compléter l’addition à 4650 DA, et vous obtenez une expérience qui laisse un goût amer — au sens propre comme au figuré. Nous avons l’habitude de fréquenter de nombreux restaurants, et bien sûr, il peut y avoir un petit bémol parfois. Mais là, nous n’avons jamais été aussi déçus: rien n’allait, même pas le minimum syndical.

Entre le service approximatif, le manque de professionnalisme, et des plats qui ne correspondent ni aux promesses ni aux standards affichés, nous avons eu l’impression d’être *pris à la légère, comme des clients de passage -pas comme des convives à respecter. -Une chose est sûre: nous ne...

Brilliant restaurant. The food is fantastic and great quality. The portions were filling and tasty. They are not stingy with their meat or fish like other restaurants or fill the plate with potatoes/ vegetables. They give a lot of meat, chicken etc. The ingredients taste organic and fresh and everything was delicious. The servers were very kind and polite, but one thing I will say is the service is a little bit slow.
