Le Loft — Restaurant in Tlemcen

Everything we ate was very good! In Algeria it’s hard to find a good salad in restaurants as it’s loaded with ingredients too much ingredients and usually too much dressing, but this place had a great tomato, mozza(not the fresh kind but the block kind), and pesto salad! It was a delicious twist with the pesto and the pesto was chef’s kiss! The creamy shrimp pasta was light and tasty. I’ve tried other places where the cream sauce is so heavy that you can only eat 3 bites, but Le Loft’s white sauce is light and tasty! The poulet fume pizza was sooo good!! Excellent cheese pull - in Algeria I’ve never had any kind of cheese pull from any pizza and I’ve had a lot of pizza, so this was very satisfying for me! The sauce is a white sauce though! Was delicious but caught me off guard because I’m used to tomato sauce on pizzas from everywhere else in the world. Pricier than other restaurants with this type of food. Such a beautiful restaurant! Everyone is so nice. The food is delicious and beautiful! I got a burger and a juice cocktail and it was so good. I could not stop eating!

Update: Came back for my annual trip and was really let down this time around. The bread was falling apart they no longer have the white sauce or the pickles, Juice Cocktail was flavorless, I asked for onions on my burger and they didn't add them 😞 so I had to wait for them to bring them after.
