20 Knots — Restaurant in Anguilla

Visited 20 Knots at Zemi Beach House in Anguilla and unfortunately, I do not recommend it. The restaurant/location is beautiful, but the overpriced food and slow service left a lot to be desired. Despite high expectations, the Shrimp Gambas Al Ajillo was really disappointing, and the rum cake was downright awful. While the drinks, pizza, and red snapper were decent, they didn't stand out among other island restaurants. The prices are above average, and a 17% service charge seems excessive, especially when service doesn't match the cost. Overall, a regrettable experience considering the price point. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, the soundtrack was the same 5 songs over...

A party of three, we ordered mahi fish tacos, lobster roll, and a pizza. The lobster roll and tacos took ~43 minutes and the pizza another 14 minutes so we had eaten and my son waiting on his pizza. The tacos were cold, the lobster roll bread burnt and had way too much mayonnaise. Our server NEVER came back to check on "Was your meal okay" and must have clocked out as had to go to the bar to get our check. The food is hit or miss. The yellowfin tuna tartare was one of the most delicious dishes I’ve ever had. The bread they give you in the beginning with the garlic aioli was fabulous. My husband had the lobster spaghetti and it was amazing. I had the bolognese and thought it could’ve been better. The pasta however was delicious. For dessert, the rum cake was average but the chocolate lovers was pretty good. I would not recommend the lobster tacos at all. It was hard to...
