Absolutely the worst ever Chinese food I have looked at and been served as a takeaway , we pre-order through AllMart , we ordered at 5pm on New Yearâs Eve for it to be delivered at 7/7.15pm , if we had known what we found out we would never never never of pre-ordered from these people . The food came at 6.45pm stone cold and even the boxes it came in were going soft as the food had sat in there for nearly two hours , we called and complained and was told it wasnât there problem and I shouldnât of pre-ordered as all there pre-orders get cooked when the order goes in, thank god I didnât order it the day before as it would of sat on there counter over night , she put the phone down on us , called AllMart but decided to take the food back it was that bad , the people at the Chineseâs were terrible, they even admitted that they cooked the food at 5pm and left it sitting on the side until it was collected at 6.35pm, we live 10mins from the Chinese, it was suppose to be arriving at 7pm so why cook it at 5pm and let it sit on the side making bacteria , the chicken sweet and sour was so soggy that when you picked it up the batter slide off the chicken, the Prawns in ginger âŚ..well baseball bats were softer than these rock hard cannon balls, the rice , I donât think it ever saw a pan it was that cold , the spring rolls bent in half they were that soggy and cold , when we took it back she asked us if we wanted the food re-heated âŚâŚ.i couldnât believe my ears have they ever heard about rice food poisoning, can you imagine how hard those prawns would of been if microwaved , we said no but if they could re-cook fresh for us we would wait and be satisfied as we had paid delivery fee, absolutely not they wouldnât help us, they even tried to say that it was the boxes that didnât keep it hot , no it was the fact you cooked it two hours before the delivery time , the service was disgusting, there attitude was disgraceful , there wasnât anybody in the restaurant so not that busy , never ever have I had a Chineseâs so bad and cold , I might as well of asked for it to come frozen , the worst ever service I...
Read moreIf I could've given 0 stars I would. My husband and I have occasional date nights but we were tired of our usual spots so to speak. A friend told us to try this place. We got there and the space looked okay. Not like any typical local Chinese restaurant so we started to relax. There was one server/cashier, the place wasn't too busy so we didn't worry. She was courteous in the beginning but quickly got annoyed when we started asking questions about the menu. I have a ginger allergy and all but 2 things on the menu had been pre-made with ginger. We contemplated leaving but not wanting to ruin dinner for my husband, we stayed and both ordered a roast chicken with chow main. It was the worst food I've ever seen and eaten. The pasta was WHITE AND SO WAS THE CHICKEN. I've never seen a restaurant serve you a piece of a whole chicken as part of a dinner. I couldn't eat it all and took the rest home for our pets. They charged extra for garlic sauce but it really tasted like flour. While the location was good, for the price, you'd expect GREAT food and at least placemats that weren't falling apart. Will...
Read moreThis restaurant is very good. Very airy and gives a feeling of space. The food was very good. I don't eat from the 'take away' Chinese establishments but this one is a restaurant with good cooked food. I like the fact that all starters are priced at $10.00 however, that might be considered a bit pricey for the small portions you get. But the main meals are plenty and very presentable with two plates, one for noodles/ chowmein or rice and a separate plate for meat/fish items. I'm definitely going there again and I would recommend this place to anyone. Oh, one other thing I don't think they are too use to large parties of people. We were a party of 28 and they struggled a little with the order even though half of us had ordered the morning. Don't hold it against them though, they are very friendly and...
