KFC — Restaurant in Antigua

So I went to KFC Fort Road 7th June, 2022....got a Strips Special. I checked the box(bcz something is always missing) and there was one BBQ sauce. I asked the window attendant for a Honey Mustard Sauce. She asked me to give back the BBQ Sauce. I replied that Covid 19 is still around and is she planning to give it to another customer, after I returned it. She said its the policy and asked me to wait. She returned and notified that the Supervisor said that I would have to purchase the Honey Mustard Sauce. I'm speechless. Is either KFC is strapped for cash, the Supervisor has no clue about management or they have no customer service...

"Honestly... There is people that says that Caribbean KFC is much better than in others places... I used to say: " I can't say much about KFC. It is what it is and everybody knows what to expect. For me it taste like KFC." Anyway, on my last visit I remembered that at least the last three or four times (in a period of like 10 years) that I visited KFC in my country I could not even finished... and also my mother in law, who is really fancy about tastes... she tried it about two months ago and she loved it. So... give...

It has been said that the Antiguan KFC is the best in the region, I have no reason to doubt that statement having tried from several Countries. More of a special occasions treat than a daily diet for me this is a tasty option.

The service is efficient and justify the "Fast Food" Name. In order for them to have been in business so long they are clearly doing things right (no pun intended).
