I agree with previous reviews. The food is delicious and you can tell how much care into the preparation and presentation of each dish. I’d also like to highlight the fact that the customer service experience is exceptional. Arlene and Nicole are stellar & ensured I never had to ask for a thing. From the time I entered the door, I was greeted and made to feel completely at home. It’s hard to believe this establishment has just recently opened. The staff here operates as though they’ve been at this for much longer. This is my first day visiting the island and I’m so glad I chose The Chimney as my first meal; keep up the great work!

Bae and I went to The Chimney for my birthday and it was a pleasant experience. It was Kareoke night and I was serenaded by bae as well as the host. The waitress ensured that we were comfortable and answered all of our questions about the menu. The food was prompt and delicious. I had a few things from the menu to include spicy fries, cheesy fries, a salmon meal and an Indian dish that I don't recall. My favorite was the spicy fries. Yum! The portions were huge so I got a take away plate. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other indian options.

We loved The Chimney. It is Hands-down one of the best meals I have eaten on Antigua. The butter chicken is so tender, rich and flavorful. The mushroom do pyaza was incredibly good. The soothing background music and decor lends an air of elegance, tranquility, and calmness. I believe this new restaurant will be a great success based on the quality of the food and the prices.

I am extremely disappointed with The Chimney. I have attempted to dine here on four separate occasions, each time making sure to check their Google listed operating hours beforehand. I planned my visits accordingly, only to arrive and find the restaurant closed every single time.

It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional for a business to display certain trading hours online and consistently fail to abide by them. As a customer, one expects a basic level of reliability — especially when making the effort to support a local establishment. Unfortunately, The Chimney has repeatedly shown a complete disregard for their patrons’ time and trust.

Given my experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend The Chimney to anyone. If you are looking for a reliable and welcoming dining experience, I strongly suggest visiting Spices of India instead. They have consistently proven to be open, accommodating, and offer excellent service — everything The Chimney unfortunately lacks.

Save yourself the disappointment and choose a restaurant that values...

We had a wonderful experience at The Chimney tonight, not knowing what to expect. The restaurant offers a wide variety of authentic cuisines, including many Indian-style food options. I decided to try the chicken biryani, while my wife opted for the curry shrimp. I must say, my spicy chicken biryani was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor.

However, we did feel that the portion size of the curry shrimp, which my wife ordered, could have been a little bigger for the price. Additionally, it was a bit disappointing that the dish didn't come with rice and we had to pay extra for it. Our only suggestion would be for the restaurant to at least include the rice and consider increasing the portion size.

Despite these minor drawbacks, the taste of both dishes was undeniably amazing. In fact, if we were staying longer, we would definitely have returned for another dinner. Overall, we left The Chimney feeling very satisfied with our...

This is one of the best Indian restaurants in Antigua! It is a family run business and the owners are on the floor with tge staff and ensuring that everything is great every step of the way. As it was my first time there, I asked for recommendations and I can genuinely say that EVERYTHING tasted great! The atmosphere is relatively casual, but you can dress up a bit and not feel out of place. If you want to have a quiet and romantic night, first check to see if there is a private event going on upstairs, as the sound from the upstairs hall does carry. A nice plus is that the restaurant is fully air conditioned, so you can escape the Caribbean heat if necessary or feel comfortable if you have dressed up and are wearing a jacket. There is usually adequate parking available and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. Great food, great people, I am...
