Schuster Catering — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

So I am on fasting and strict no flour no sugar diet. But today I granted myself to enjoy a nice sweet snack with my princess. I've seen this place when I first arrived here in BsAs and always wanted to check it out. I blessed myself to have a coco ddl square and a cup of coffee. I've eaten coco ddl from different places and they are bomb! Always a good choice. So my food arrived and to my surprise, just by looking at it, it is super dry. I don't think I am going to finish it. Super dry and that makes it rougher to swallow and tastes way too sweet. Coffee is basic, can't complain. Service is fast which is really good. I am not sure if this is the way they really make it or they just gave me the piece thats been standing there for a while. I paid around 500 plus 50 tip. Would I go back? Maybe for just a coffee. Or try something else. But that won't happen soon because I cannot eat flour and sweets. After this coffee, am gonna...

Detesto escribir malos reviews. Normalmente me quedo callado o pongo 3 estrellas. En este caso, fuimos tan decepcionados y despues mal tratados por una empleada de la empresa, que no me queda otra que expresarme. Para complementar la comida que servimos recientemente en una fiesta en casa, decidimos pedir a Schuster. Conocemos bien el estilo de comida y dado que Schuster es muy conocido, los eligimos a ellos. Sin excepcion, todo lo que pedimos tuve un relleno MUY escaso y lo peor es que fue todo tan seco que pensamos que nos vendieron sobras de un dia anterior (o dos). Cuando llamamos la atencion a esta situacion, nos dijeron que seguramente calentamos la comida mal. Me pareció muy desafortunado esta respuesta ya que cocinamos MUCHO en casa y sabemos calentar las cosas. La empleada tambien dijo que somos "los unicos que nos quejamos". Despues de leer los reviews, me dí cuanta que no es asi. De vuelta, no me gusta escribir malos reviews. Todos pueden tener un mal dia. Lamentablemente en este caso fue necesario dado que no quisieron resolver la situacion cuando tuvieron la oportunidad...

Pastries are ok; they reheated the chocolate croissant for me which was kind but I think that was the cause of it turning very hard after just a couple seconds of it cooling down. Their medialunas are also okay; not my favorite in the neighborhood but not bad.
