Turf — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

First time we went we waited 20 minutes and no one showed up to give us a menu, clean oir table or ask what we want. So we left. My husband wanted to give them another chance so tonight we went and i sat at a dirty table for 50 minutes before any assisted us. After 50 minutes we got our menu, ordered and waited for our food. The table next to us received their food at least 10 minutes before us even though they showed up 40 minutes after we arrived. Not to mention there was 4 people at their table and only my husband and i at our table. We ordered bife chorizo and fries and the table next to us ordered 4 different dishes. Terrible or zero service. We tried to order rabas but they were out, asked for Patagonia beer but they were out, asked for empanadas and of course they had none. I wouldnt recommend this place to your worst enemy. Find another place to eat at. The waiter cared more about feeding the abandoned dog on the street before his paying customers. I...

The place is in general good. There are big queues to get a place, sometimes around 30 minutes up to 1 hour and a little bit more, take into count that later the night it is more possible to them to not have some dishes, like "osobuco" or fried chips. The prices are very good, and the portion sizes are big too. The restaurant does not have a really big menu, but it's good on what they do. The bathrooms are kinda dirty, I won't sit down there to pee but you can practice a little bit of exercise in the mean time lol, it does not have a hanger to hang your stuff so please take that into count. The service is pretty good but be patient because they seem to be overloaded with people and that can cause them to have a little bit of time getting to your table, remember this is not a fast food restaurant so it will take sometimes around 20/30 minutes to get your dish on table on worst case scenario. I was recommended this place and we did go and we got there and my mistake was that I did look at the menu and they did bring us the food but I was overcharged a lot and I should have looked at the menu again because I didn't notice that and I walked out feeling like I was taking advantage of and I was at the end of
