Pizza Marca — Restaurant in Distrito Ciudad de San Rafael

I tried to surprise my friends by delivering food to them after a long and dangerous trip, and sadly there was an issue with the payment method at first. It wasn't really Pizza Marca's fault and I understand their professional behaviour, instead I told them to keep the food and the money because I felt bad for causing embarrassment in such an unusual food delivery context that happened directly from France (and meant to be delivered in San Rafael). The staff kept it cool and I believe we just ran into an obstacle that we didn't think would happen. In the end, the food had still been prepared but I refused to let the delivery happen as I believed the money didn't go through and it seemed complicated to benefit from free food while I couldn't go there to pay myself physically. Another reason for me cancelling the delivery was that the surprise was ruined as I told my friend and his family that I tried to do this, and it seemed unfair to ask them to pay for the food order I got for them without letting them know. Instead, they said it was an amazing surprise and that given the circumstances, I could just ask to cancel the order. The money eventually still went through and I allowed Pizza Marca to keep it, and they kindly let them know that my next order would be free of charge if need be....

Es insoportable ver caras de malgestados al sentarte a comer y mas afuera. Por favor que cuando se dirijan a un cliente haganlo mejor , me paso hace una hora cuando llegue a este lugar luego de salir del teatro para comer y probar su comida ,me siento y ya las sillas sucias la dejo pasar ,la mesa tambien sucia y el mantel con mucho olor ... viene el mozo un chico muy desagradable tambien un chico robusto con lentes (para no confundir) y nos tiro practicamente la carta desarmada y al decirle que limpie la mesa nos miro mal y de muy mala manera y se sento en una mesa casi al lado nuestro sin limpiarnos la misma... No llegamos a pedir nada por como quedamos nos levantamos y nos fuimos... Arreglen ese tema por que dejan mucho que desear y mas siendo de mi parte turista ,si hubiera querido que pase eso seguiria en mi tucuman pero bueno desde ya...

Acostumbrados a ir a otra pizzeria famosa de San Rafael, justo ese viernes estaba cerrada al medio día, por eso elegimos esta opción. Qué EXCELENTE lugar!!!! Nos sorprendió gratamente. La amabilidad de la señorita que nos atendió con una gran sonrisa fue el puntapie inicial de una gran jornada. Las masas, recién horneadas, con buen piso, salsa fresca, un queso abundante y de excelencia y un jamón excepcional. Las cervezas súper frías (excelente!). Ah, el precio acorde con lo consumido (no nos arrancaron la cabeza). Recomiendo este lugar cien por ciento....
