Ganko — Restaurant in Lomas de Zamora

Simple, clean, not fancy nor upscale sushi place. Has 4 or 5 small tables so best option is to takeaway. We ordered the Nanae combo (18pcs.) and gyozas (7pcs.) to go. Gyozas were ok, but the roll pieces not. Not very tasty. Sizes were not uniform and pieces desintegrated once on the sticks. There is no price on the online menu (as usual in Argentina) but also in the on-site menu. Unless you ask you only get to know what you're paying once the cashier tells you. Also there's a sign telling that "momentaneously credit/debit cards are not accepted" which has been there for months (they should be finned for this). Been there, done that. No...

I visited Ganko and had the best Tonkatsu I've ever had. I am so amazed at how delicious their Tonkatsu is. Si buscás relación precio calidad este es el lugar. Sushi sin demasiadas vueltas gourmet. El sabor justo para cada rol, las mejores geishas de Lomas. Todo realmente fresco. Si pedís algo empanizados con panco llega a la mesa crujiente. Me sorprendió para bien el rol de atún (suele ser bastante soso en general en otros locales) y el rol de maracuyá el sabor destacado del lugar (al menos para mí y de lo que degusté), crujiente y agridulce en el punto justo, Recomendados geishas, sashimi del que más te guste, rebozados a elección, rol maracuyá, rol atún. La atención es excelente, súper cordiales en todo momento, si sos principiante te saben guiar en tus primeros pasos en el camino del sushi. El lugar es pequeño pero cómodo, se puede ver al sushiman trabajando y todo sale en minutos. Los sanitarios impecables.
