Quimera Bistro — Restaurant in Mendoza

We just had a perfect lunch at Quimera with delicous food and wine as well as a perfect Service. The starters were a variation of taps each better than the other! We loved that the Main course(delicious Steak) came with a big variety of "sides" each of them being a perfect stand alone dish being very creative! And the peach dessert was just lovely! Overall a great experience! We highly recommend to do the wine pairing. We were sitting outside since the temperature was really nice, but inside looks really nicely...
