Bodega Bressia — Attraction in Mendoza

We did a tour and tasting at Bodega Bressia and very much enjoyed it. Ileana gave us the tour and shared so much information with us about the wines, winemaking process, and the Bressia family and business. We got to try five or so wines, and she even let us try some wine straight out of a barrel! After the tour, we finished the tasting in their lovely outdoor area with some cheese. Bressia is a small family run vineyard and was very nice to see compared to some of the other bigger ones. It may have been because it was 10 am but we were also the only ones there so it was very cool to get our own private tour.

The wines were lovely. One that stood out to me the most was lagrimas canelas which is a white wine they developed for people who prefer red wine. Very interesting!

We had a great experience at this winery. We were the only people there, so our tour was private. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and patient as we had our children with us. Fantastic picnic and mini tour of the winery. Our guide was really knowledgable and helpful, giving us a quick tour of the building and explaining the history and production of the wine.
