Hope's Waffles & Coffee — Restaurant in Municipio de La Falda

I enjoyed a sweet brunch at Hope's Coffee and Waffles today. I met the owners, and they were extremely attentive and hospitable. They treated me to the best waffle I've had in all of Argentina, perhaps in all my life. I ordered a fantastic mint-ginger lemonade; I didn't know it was frozen, but it was a great surprise!

100%, should I come back to la Falda, I will be stopping by to try one of their savory waffles.

Flojísimo. He estado dos veces, y aunque los Latte qué me he tomado han estado espectaculares, tienen un importante problema de provisión de algunos ingredientes/productos qué ofrecen. La primera vez que fui, pedí un Waffle dulce que llevaba helado, y después de 15 minutos de haber hecho el pedido, apareció la moza diciéndome que se le había acabado el helado y que me ofrecía a cambio, ponerle simplemente crema. Desvergonzadamente, me cobraron lo mismo cómo si hubiera llevado helado. La segunda vez pedí un Waffle Salado (deberían aumentar la oferta de Waffle Salados dado que al parecer conocen solamente el jamón y el queso), aparece la moza (igual que la vez anterior, es decir, después de aprox. 15 minutos) para decirnos que no había stock de Waffles, el producto estrella del local, y qué a cambio, nos ofrecía un tostado con descuento.
