First, the waiting queue is near 1h. Only when you get there they tell you, you could only be there for 1h. The receptionist mistreat us, when we only ask to change our place for a more near place to the window. We ask to the waitress and again we get refused. The food was cold (the prepare it in advance and then they serve you, and is not cooked in the moment). The meet was hard, and bad quality, same for other dishes requested. By the way, prices were, the most expensive ones in Bariloche. Finally we asked to the manager to tell our experience and he also mistreat us saying that was his decision about how to receive and serve people and we should not say something about it.

When you reach the top you have to pay $250 pesos to be granted access inside (around $15 dollars). The facility is good, and the food is great, but very expensive. The cable car is more often closed than open. If you wish to hike, look for other places, such as tronador, Lopez or Fray which are more rewarding and you can camp the night. But this place has a really great view of the city and lake that you should...
