We spent here about 10 days for work and had dinner at BorraVino four times. According to the locals it's the best restaurant in town, to some even in the region. The food is great for both vegetarians and meat lovers. The cook cares about his food which he prepares with passion and every now and then he comes out of the kitchen to see if people are enjoying his creations and are finishing their plates. Restaurant con una vista increíble, ideal para llegan antes de que oscurezca y contemplar el atardecer. La ambientación está muy bien, se disfruta más si se llega temprano con poca gente, luego cuando se llena es más ruidoso. El servicio estuvo bien, el mismo es informal y amable. Fuimos con bastante expectativa por la comida, pedimos de entrada la burrata y las croquetas de trucha, estas últimas se destacaron. De principal pedimos risotto y el cordero braseado. El risotto nos pareció un poco desabrido, quizás aprovechando que estamos en la patagonia quedaría mejor si fuese de hongos. El cordero se llevó los aplausos, estaba increíble, estaba super sabroso y humedo, lo acompañaba un pure de batata especiado que combinaba muy bien y unos garbanzos que podría no estar. Finalmente de postre pedimos la mousse de chocolate y realmente no nos equivocamos, estaba muy buena y la salsa de caramelo combinaba a la perfección. De vino pedimos el Primogénito Merlot que acompaño muy bien los platos. Nos fuimos satisfechos aunque no superó nuestras expectativas, seguramente es uno de los mejores lugares para comer en la Villa y espero que siga destacándose...
