Patagonia — Restaurant in Rosario

We came here with very high expectations after eating a delicious meal in the Patagonia restaurant in Posadas. We were completely disappointed from the beginning of the meal to the end.

The service: we were given cutlery which was put directly on the table (a bit sticky and outdoors), we had to ask for napkins since we weren’t given any. We asked for information about a cut of meat and the server had only a vague idea of it, and didn’t even ask for what cooking levels of the meat we wanted. I had to change my order afterwards and the new server didn’t ask me this question either.

The food: for starters, the two cuts of meat were swapped so my friend and I started eating the other person’s dish until we asked for clarification. The bife de chorizo was overcooked, quite stiff and dry. The entraña was better, but very greasy as well as the vegetables I asked with it as a side dish.

An experience...

I had high hopes comimg from Patagonia in Concordia. Day and nite tho. Waiter couldnt answer basic question about the menu like what entraña was or how many grams the beef had. Usually the answer is say 400gm.

The meat was well done when medium rare was expected. So greasy. Even vegetables were so greasy. Fries were chewy not crisp at all. Wi fi didnt work got an error that read ip coudnt be provided.

Decepcionante experiencia - No lo recomiendo

Fuimos hoy con un grupo de amigos, éramos 6 en total, y la experiencia fue desastrosa desde el principio. Primero, no nos dejaron sentarnos en la mesa que habíamos elegido, lo cual ya comenzó a arruinar la salida. Luego, se olvidaron completamente de uno de los pedidos, dejando a uno de nuestros amigos sin comer durante todo el almuerzo. Cuando le mencionamos el olvido a la moza y pedimos algún tipo de compensación, todo el personal comenzó a mirarnos con mala cara, haciéndonos gestos como si estuviéramos en falta, lo que nos hizo sentir claramente discriminados. Para colmo, la respuesta de la moza fue: "No, vayan a hacer la reseña." Increíble.

Además, aunque se suponía que nos traerían pochoclo como parte del servicio, nunca lo hicieron. Las porciones, por otro lado, fueron extremadamente pequeñas. Pedimos hamburguesas, incluyendo opciones vegetarianas, y mi novia pidió una ensalada. Las hamburguesas eran tan chicas y sin sabor que fácilmente podría haberlas hecho mejor en casa. Un desastre total.

La atención fue pésima, la comida insípida y la actitud del personal dejó mucho que desear. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie. Hay muchas mejores opciones donde realmente valoran a los clientes. ¡Eviten este restaurante si quieren tener una buena...
