I'm no sure how much sense it makes to rate an international chain but let's just say it's run pretty much like every Starbucks I've even been in worldwide and everything tastes the same.
There are only three, I think, Starbucks in Rosario, and this one is the only one outside of a mall. There are plenty of tables, including long desks in the back for remote working and a terrace along the front.
The wifi is better than most CABA Starbucks I've been in but things really start to slow down once the place is only half-full. Starbucks partners with Fibertel for free wifi and it sucks as bad as any Internet service from Fibertel sucks.
I was here mainly because of the air conditioning.
