This is the most disgusting McDonalds on the planet. We ordered 3 meals. 2 of them for children.
We had 2 portions of chicken nuggets and when one of the children ate them after 3 they told me that they were disgusting. Bear in mind the kids were very hungry so eating fast. I had a nugget from the other portion and it was totally disgusting. At that point all I was thinking about was that we are in McDonalds and that this will be straight forward to sort out.
I went to a person who helped me take payment for my order a short while before and explained that the nuggets were really bad and something was really off. This could have zero to do with country to country differences in tastes. I used my translation tool to explain the problem with the nuggets and was staggered by the person and then his managers stance on the matter.
First of all the staff member said that he totally apologized for the issue with the nuggets and that he had already told the management to change them. He was telling me he already knew there was an issue with the nuggets before I told him anything. So far so good. Then came the totally staggering approach from him and his manager.
I asked them to change our nuggets to just give us to simple chicken burgers instead, we were not interested in nuggets being swapped as it had kind of left a bad mark for us both. The staff member went and asked his manager and then came back. He told both portions of nuggets away to the till from our tables including one full portion of fries and then came back. He said he was unable to change the half eaten kids portion of nuggets for a burger as he had eaten half of them. He said that for my pretty much uneaten portion he could change it. I was in disbelief. This is McDonaldâs for gods sake. They have admitted they gave us food way below an acceptable standard. Theyâve taken away a full portion of nuggets and fries and a half eaten kids potion of nuggets and have the audacity to say they wonât change it.
This was all 100% clear as we used the translation tool to communicate so there was no misunderstanding.
I then told the staff member that this was nothing to do with money but their position on this was really troubling. They could have even food poisoned us. At the very least these were not the taste of chicken nuggets which taste the same all over the world.
The manager and staff member then were with me and my children and we stopped using the translation tool. I spoke in English and they spoke in Spanish, there was zero attempt from them to remedy the situation. Any other McDonaldâs would have just changed the food over for the simple issue that they gave us food that was disgusting which can never happen, even then others would make it easy and even make it up to you. Not this greedy brand of Mcdonlads. They had the nerve to ask for money to remedy the situation. My kids were desperate for a McDonaldâs for days and we finally decided to let them get their McDonaldâs fix after a couple of weeks of travel.
Today I paid for 3 meals with drinks and fries for each person.
One child ate their meal and the other child and adult had 5 nuggets between them and were allowed to walk about of the store without eating anything else.
Sad to say but wouldnât ever step in to a McDonaldâs in any country every again. I have never heard of a situation like this ever unfolding but in McDonaldâs of all places?
They wonât care about this situation as they are an arrogant brand but I wonât care either to never eat in another unhealthy and food poisoning brand like...

The only surprise for me was that my McFlurry didn't come with my order, they have a separate window to pick up ice cream items and a staff member helped me find it when I didn't understand his spoken...
