Eastern Cuisine — Restaurant in Yerevan

We used this place twice in one week. First time was a dine-in. Lahmajoon was good, spas was very good, but cheese sticks were impossible to eat. They were soaked in oil and undercooked.

The second time we decided to order in some lahmajoons. The operator had an attitude as if I owed her something - rude and impatient. She hung up on me without telling me the amount to be paid.

When the delivery person arrived an hour later he called when on our floor. While I was counting the cash before opening the door, he called again. I had the cash in my hand along with the tip. As I opened the door he tells me "Էդքան դժվար ա՞ բացեք, 10 անգամ զանգեցի" ("What took you so long to open the door, I called you like 10 times"). Unbelievable! Who talks to a customer like that? Total lack of customer service. It's disgusting. Newdless to say, he didn't get the tip. You lost us...

They messed up my order and instead of kebab gave me a wrap with cheese only for 2000 drams. When at home I realized that I called them, and instead of apologizing and sending me my right order right away, they first refused to fixed it with excuses that I already had a bit of it, and after told me I can come and take a kebab. I again spent my time and money to go there and to pick it up, and on my way home I received a call from a manager there asking me why I didn’t bring that leftover cheese wrap! Unbelievable! I would avoid this place with the terrible service and even not perfect food especially when there are so many better...

I recently dined at this restaurant, and my experience was disappointing. The food was just okay, but what really stood out was the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. They seemed to have no idea how to communicate with customers, which made the meal quite uncomfortable.

To top it off, I was charged significantly more than what was listed on the menu. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Given the poor service and overpricing, I won't be returning and definitely do not...
