I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, which felt more like a home than just a place to stay. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and I had the chance to experience different ones during my stay. The beds and mattresses were of a quality far superior to what I’ve encountered in similar hotels; the attention to detail in providing top-tier bedding was truly remarkable.

Breakfast was another highlight—everything was well-prepared and delicious. As someone who enjoys hot meals in the morning, I highly recommend trying their offerings, as the taste and quality felt like a homemade treat. It’s rare to find such flavors in hotel breakfasts.

The staff were equally impressive. Housekeeping was respectful and always helpful, ensuring a clean and pleasant stay. The reception team deserves special praise—both the day and night shifts were staffed by friendly, patient, and professional individuals who created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I deeply appreciated their efforts, which made the hotel feel full of good energy and positivity.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to public transportation, allowing easy travel to downtown or other key areas. Even in the midst of the typical traffic, the hotel is surrounded by cozy restaurants, shops, and even a semi-mall, making it a very convenient and enjoyable spot.

This is my PERSONAL review while we stay in the hotel for 4 nights and 3 days. POSITIVE REVIEW Staff are polite & approachable Breakfast are tasty and great Location is 15mins drive away from city centre, but close to Rio mall, groceries and One of the best shaurma in Yerevan.

NEGATIVE REVIEW The hotel is situated on a busy street, it will be noisy 24/7, due to the cars engines, honking, ambulance, police, and worst are car racing in the evening. Tap water for drinking, locals are used to drink from it and it was briefed to us the first day. Good thing my brother was brushing his teeth while the faucet is on and begun to clog then suddenly released a brown grayish water. DEFINITELY, we’ll not drink from it. If you have a sensitive stomach please buy bottled water in the grocery. No lift/elevator, so if you have heavy baggage and you are booked in 2nd floor, good luck.

OBSERVATION FOR IMPROVEMENT Wifi range is not enough to reach the bed side, even browsing social media will not work. You need to go near the hallway to connect. Air conditioning - the hotel has no AC only heater, if you open the window it will be noisy as the street is just outside from our window. Never had a quality sleep for the 4 nights that we stayed there. Proper housekeeping specially washroom, we can still see splatter from the sitter of the bowl. Arm rest of the couches are smelly.

I have already stayed at Deluxe Hotel Yerevan and just visited it in the previous month. The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from a hotel, and Deluxe Hotel Yerevan has always met my expectations. I think this hotel can give you good value for your money. The hotel is not centrally located, but it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station. Within 40-50 minutes you can walk to the center and main attractions. If you love walking for exercise (and if it is not so hot), it is a really nice walk. Or you can get a cab. It is not expensive in Yerevan. My room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful painting. The walls in the halls are also decorated with paintings like in an art hotel. Breakfast was good. They offered all the standards including different types of bread, seasonal vegetables and fruit, scrambled eggs/omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausages, a few types of cheese, cold cuts, buckwheat cereal, rice, pastry, all of which were prepared well. I also booked my airport transfer through the hotel. Everything was very well arranged. I was met by a nice lady who was very helpful, and we had an interesting conversation on the way to the hotel.
