KFC — Restaurant in Yerevan

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had one of the worst experiences ever. A lady named Hasmik (not even sure if that’s her real name) was extremely rude and completely out of line. She was shouting at everyone customers and staff alike as if it was normal behavior. I was just trying to understand what’s included in the Family Bucket XL, and while one of the staff members was politely explaining it to me, she kept interrupting, talking over him, and even telling him off in front of me. Her attitude was so aggressive and disgusting that I had to literally ask her to shut up so I could hear the guy who was actually trying to help. After that, she stormed off with more attitude, mouthing things to her colleagues and clearly talking about me completely unprofessional and immature. I was so fed up I walked out without ordering a thing. Went to a different food place where – surprise – people were polite, smiling, and actually appreciated customers. No...

I’ve ordered today the meal using the self-serviced machine. When my order was shown as “ready for pickup “ on the screen, I came to the desk and saw that it was not ready. So I have to wait for 7 minutes more waiting till they add all needed items. I think that they move the orders to “ready” status to be in time with their internal deadlines and do this even the order is...

Very disappointed with the service. We waited almost 40 minutes for our order — this is absolutely not what you'd expect from a fast food place. KFC is supposed to be quick and convenient, but this experience was frustrating and slow. Definitely...
