Absolutely terrible customer service. Had one of the worst experiences ever. A lady named Hasmik (not even sure if that’s her real name) was extremely rude and completely out of line. She was shouting at everyone customers and staff alike as if it was normal behavior. I was just trying to understand what’s included in the Family Bucket XL, and while one of the staff members was politely explaining it to me, she kept interrupting, talking over him, and even telling him off in front of me. Her attitude was so aggressive and disgusting that I had to literally ask her to shut up so I could hear the guy who was actually trying to help. After that, she stormed off with more attitude, mouthing things to her colleagues and clearly talking about me completely unprofessional and immature.
