118 Kovenant is a very welcoming Asian restaurant. It’s an average, short of being excellent, place to treat your family and friends. The food is Filipino. You decide whether it’s authentic or a compromise to the real Pilipino taste. For sure you can feast on a variety of Pinoy meals on offer in their menu. The list is more than what we expected.

Parking? There is ample FREE back parking. That is an absolutely PLUS.

It didn’t take long for our orders to arrive, so waiting time is fairly average for a freshly cooked meal with prepared ingredients.

THE FOOD: Taste is very subjective but if you’re a native Filipino foodie migrant to Australia, you will by your inherent senses of smell and taste be able to reach a verdict of authenticity or not. Judging from my 47 years of eating Filipino food, I can fairly make an objective and unbiased rating.

I would like you to experience 118 Kovenant and taste what they have to offer. Who knows, you may just have a uniquely different gastronomic experience than mine. Objectively and fairly, I give Kovenant a generous 3 stars with more room to grow.

NB, I have tasted all the 4 orders pictured in...

We have moved here from Melbourne, and have experience many different filipino restaurants. This was our first filipino restaurant experience here in Adelaide. And, i’d have to say that it was a great experience!

The restaurant is located on a main road beside a pizza place. There is parking and toilets out the back. On entrance, you will see a modern and clean restaurant. We were greeted kindly, and given our menus. The menu was pleasing the eye, and the prices were reasonable. Our purpose here was desert. And after searching on google for photos, we noticed that many had been ordering the Ube pancakes — and we can see why. The Ube pancakes were divine!!! The presentation was great and the taste was amazing. It was not sweet and everything blended well together. We also tried the pistachio brownie which was also so delicious and likened to the dubai chocolate craze!

They also do coffee here!!

We definitely recommend this restaurant and we’ll be back to try...

A Serendipitous first wedding Anniversary and my Birthday Dinner!!

Our anniversary dinner was a rollercoaster of emotions. We drove 45 kilometers, excited to celebrate our special day at a restaurant we'd seen online and recommended by a friend of ours. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived to find it closed for renovations!

However, what unfolded next was truly magical. The restaurant graciously offered to accommodate us, turning our potential disaster into an unforgettable private dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband raved about the Garlic Pepper steak, while I couldn't get enough of the skewers and siomai. The garlic chili sauce was the perfect complement to both dishes. It was a day filled with unexpected surprises and incredible food.

We're so grateful for the restaurant's kindness and for turning our anniversary into a truly...

The atmosphere is great and cozy, and the staff are very friendly. Couldn't say that for the food though. Although not all food are bad but the crispy pata I ordered was not a good one. Maybe I was unlucky for getting that but that was a game changer. I am so disappointed with it. It's not crispy at all very dry and so hard to eat. I even tried to take it home and re cook it myself but I couldn't even save it and make it better. It was that bad that I couldn't eat it at all. I felt bad because I paid $30 something dollars for it.and I was not happy at all. The other food I ordered wasn't bad though. My son loved the chicken skin, my daughter liked the sisig and I didn't mind the burger steak
