Very bad experience, went for dining with friend, sat on chair waiting for food. And this guy in turban (whom I called Sardarji, which is a way of showing respect in my culture) came and handed over the pizza in the box like he wanted us to leave which was visible through his facial expressions. I have been here a few time before and they usually serve the pizza on the pizza tray and with plates. When asked can we get it in the usual way because we are dining, he gets angry saying what's the difference. What behaviour is this! Then we requested can we get it on the plate, he literally throws the pizza on the pizza tray which I could see clearly. We kept our calm through all this, assuming the behaviour is not on us or because of us. When we realised it's on us, we said it's fine we will take it home, no issues, this guy Start shouting. I didn't like the way you order & your attitude, you wanted to change the pizza toppings, how can I change the pizza toppings. Since when a pizza can't be customised? 🤷.
Even after ordering food my friend asked me why is he so rude, I didn't feel he was rude so I said no he wasn't, his voice is louder that's why you might have felt that way.
I have been here a few times, the other staff is very well behaving and friendly. It is close to my house and only place around open late night so used to prefer going here. No complaints with food as well. This guy always carries the same attitude, don't know what's wrong with him.
I have worked in hospitality and know how it how it works, how to serve customers and how a good customer look like. I say this from my experience, he has no sense of serving customers, don't know who kept such a rude, sweaty and obnoxious guy at the front of...
Read moreWe made a long trip to dine at Amici Pizza Cafe, and it was absolutely worth the drive! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the warm and friendly staff, which set the tone for the evening. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, making us feel right at home. All the authentic flavours were there, but without the heat, and we absolutely loved it! As for the adults, every dish we ordered was outstanding. The flavours were bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced, and we enjoyed every single bite. The portions were generous, and the food arrived piping hot. It was clear that each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. The entire dining experience felt special, from the attentive service to the quality of the food.
The trip might have been long, but Amici Pizza has definitely earned a spot on our list of go-to places. We can’t wait to return for another delicious meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable...
Read moreTerrible service, food and atmosphere.... First of all it's too hard to find where it is located near Grange East .... I went there , out of confusion...there was an international pizza chain Amici Cafe ,where I visited a lot in Delhi , Gurgaon and their pizzas were quite awesome thin crust made in (fire wood oven ) kind of setup ... Here , first of all , the pizza was prepared by cookery students (girl) and not a single of them looked like a professional cook .basic sanitary factors were missing as non of them wore caps (hair were uncovered) . A lot of imbalance of spices , oregano and stuff ....half cooked ...topping had paneer but it tasted raw ..... Wasted money overall ...ordered paneer Tikka...
