The young woman appeared to have a poor attitude from the outset and itās a pity I didnāt turn away at that point. She didnāt listen well and got the order wrong and all thatās excusable but when i gently reminded her that she needed to give me some chilli š¶ļø and coriander she rudely said do you want me to make another one? Then plonked a bowl of chilli in front of me after grabbing the second plate to share our rice ⦠also after prompting ā¦never got the table water I asked for. When I commented on her poor attitude and customer service she yelled at me saying she will talk however she wants to in her shop. No wonder itās empty I thought. Never seen such rude behaviour from a service person. She should find another job and fast. Probably related to the owner. The food was tasteless (fried rice) and one of the poorest banh mi roll I have tried. This place has potential but itās lacking all the basic essentials apart from cleanliness. And seriously that woman serving needs to find a job without customers .
Reply to feedback: What you donāt understand is that I didnāt need extra chilli, the chilli and coriander werenāt included in the roll, and when she brought it on a seperate bowl, she poorly and abruptly placed it in the table. Her whole manner was nasty, rude and obnoxious. Just saying sorry to customer that you may have misheard the order or sorry you got the order wrong goes a long way. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been here several times. But today afternoon was served by a rude lady shaking here head and stuff. Understand we are paying you to give us a good service. Dont behave like you are giving us free food. Not welcoming behaviour and the quality of food has dropped drastically with less meat on the bahn mi's I brought. If its one then its ok I can understand its a mistake or happened in error. But to have less quantity in all is terrible. Sorry not coming back again.

If you knew it was 39 degree Celsius how could you not turn the aircon switched-on for the well-being of the customers and the lady working in the front. And don't say small business blah blah, it costs customers petrol, road rego, time, car insurance. So every one has expenses to meet and then do the rest around it. So please before bringing excuses and your rude way of replying to customers be polite, humble, down to earth understand why the customer is complaining and rectify. I challenge you I am going to come again and this time order the normal and extra meat with receipt and then upload pictures for customers to see. Do you accept the challenge?

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had a serve of satay chicken and satay beef skewers, claypot prawns and Vietnamese rice and a laksa. All very very nice. Friday night and had perhaps 3 other diners in while we were there for dinner. Served the meals fast, had to order the drinks at the counter which was okay. . Otherwise drinks service was a little slow. Plenty of parking Girls working that night were very friendly. No complaints at all from anybody in the party we were with (who are regulars) Sorry no pics as we ate it all too fast. ā¤ļøš¤£
Tip . . Clear tables so more can be ordered And keep on top of drink sales. šø Great local Vietnamese restaurant and take away in the western suburbs.
