Gawler Chicken — Restaurant in Adelaide

Absolutely phenomenal service!!! After Menu log letting us down I called the shop and spoke to a wonderful young lady who was more than accommodating. They were due to close and Menu log kept delaying our order so we called in fears of it being cancelled. The young lady told us to cancel our order and she would personally deliver it as were local and not too far from the shop but unable to travel due to illness and young children. We not only received lovely food, cooked just right but they added just that bit extra. We could not be more thankful and appreciative.

I had a piece of fish and three prawns take away. I should have looked inside the box before driving away. When I opened the box at home the contents were a disgrace. Overcooked batter that was almost charcoal, and actual flesh within was dry. The lot went into the bin. It is clear that there is no training in this place. The management should be ashamed, as it is obvious that the employees have no idea how to prepare, cook, and present sea-food. I won't be going there again, and if people ask me about the place, I will refer them to this article. Shame on you...

We bought a chicken and salad last night along with chips. Hands down this was the worst food we have ever ever bought, the chicken was so chewy it was like a piece of lether it seemed it was not cooked properly the seasoning inside the chicken was also not done it was like dough. Along with tasteless salads. We ended up feeding it to our dog's. The price is way expensive. $35 for chicken small chips and 2 small salads We won't go back to this place, especially when money is tight theses day's and you get served sh!t
