Hungry Jack's SA — Restaurant in Adelaide

Why cant the store at Paralowie ever get an order right. Every time I order a whopper heavy onion and heavy pickle I get home and it has no onion and no pickle. Today I got 3 super stunner meals. Asked for sweet and sour dipping sauce and for each meal to be in a seperate bag. I am told no sweet and sour sauce so settle for honey mustard. I drive to the collect window and am handed everything in one bag. Explained that I requested seperate bags so the girl seperated it into 3 bags for me. When I got home, no dipping sauce. Whats wrong with the staff in this place. I am sure there are people looking for work who could replace people who dont know how to do their job properly. I prefer Hungry Jacks but there is a lot of choices right next door so thinking of changing to Maccas and see if they can do it right. I am a long time customer but am not happy with the way this store has gone downhill regarding their service. There are no happy looking faces here. Makes one feel its an effort for them to serve me. Well I called the head office about 2 wks ago. They seemed really nice and that they were going to check out my complaint and get back to me. Haven't heard a thing from them since. Typical of in house 'investigations of complaints'. Not happy and will be putting what exactly happened on a review for the Firle hungry Jack's andthen some. Just stopped off at Mawson Lakes. Staff wearing gloves then handling money then serving next customer with same gloves on. The only person safe there is the staff member, the customer now has picked up any germs the previous person may have had. All store should be using plastic now, or change your gloves...
