Never in my life have I received the appalling customer service from a âso calledâ manager in charge. I had my wife, sister in law and her partner in the car with myself. We went through the drive thru late at night on the 21/09/24, and originally ordered 3 meals in total, a Big Mac meal with a salted caramel frappe and a Chicken and Cheese with a frozen coke. We managed to order our first two meals with minor inconveniences, however the last meal is when any customer service training these people had went out the window. The last meal was a McNugget meal with a chocolate frappe only to be told that a chocolate frappe couldnât not be ordered in a meal and could only be bought separately! With a little back and forth with the person on the speaker we finally managed to sort that out only for them to suddenly turned their mic off and left us sitting at the speaker for 2 minutes with no response. Finally they decided they wanted to talk to us again only to say that the frappes we had just ordered were no longer available to be ordered. As we still wanted our food we changed the drinks and proceeded to the pick up window only for the team member in charge to start arguing with us when we complained about the original service we received. She the demanded that I should tell my sister in law to shut her mouth. She continued to mouth off to us while we waited for our food and even threatened to cancel our order.
We finally got our food and then drove to our accommodation 2 minutes away to eat. The fries were stone cold and practically inedible. So we moved onto the burgers only to find the meat patties were even colder than the chips!!
My Wife then proceeded to call the store to again complain about the service we received and the quality of the food coming out of this restaurant only to be met with the same rude âmanagerâ who refused to refund or credit unless we brought our food back so they could check it themselves.
Absolutely disgusted with the way we had been treated we refused to go back and instead went to another McDonaldâs nearby where the customer service was second to none and we got everything we wanted and the food was hot and fresh!
The team member in charge was named Argani and she should never work in hospitality or customer service as she does not have the skill set or attitude required.
By far the worst experience at a McDonaldâs restaurant Iâve ever had. This whole experience has led to me leaving my first ever review in my 28 years of life.

   Read moreFor my order to be correct, I HAVE to ask for the manager to check it. And even then, majority of the time it's wrong. Had nothing but bad experiences at this venue. Do NOT go there at night, 100% will get your order wrong, this is my local Macca's and now I drive an extra 10mins everytime, just so I don't have to deal with the stress of having to call up everytime I come through because the managers are too lazy to double check their staffs work or simply train their staff properly. I take pictures everytime they get my order wrong. I have 172 pictures of incorrect orders over the past year. That's completely unnaceptable. I got given a $20 voucher for all the times they have got my order wrong. I came in and used the voucher, and guess what??... They got it wrong....
Lift your game, or hire new staff that can actually learn, because your night staff obviously have no care at all. ESPECIALLY THE MANAGEMENT. Why should I ever come back to this venue ever again? Every other Macca's store I go to, they get it right everytime. But I'm starting to feel personality attacked. Surely someone can't get the same thing wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Or am I crazy, hoping that someone doing the same thing each time will change. Obviously I'm the crazy one. Every other Macca's store I call a family restaurant. I call this store fast food.

   Read moreI visited the store with my two-year-old daughter and wife. We ordered chips and hash browns for my daughter. Unfortunately, the chips were overcooked, dry, and appeared to be old. My daughter was unable to eat them as they were too hard, so I returned to the counter to show the staff. One of the employees kindly agreed to replace the chips, but the manager on duty intervened and inquired about the remaining chips. I explained that only a few chips had been consumed before we realized they were inedible. Even if we returned the entire portion, they could not be resold, so I questioned the purpose of the inquiry. The manager's response was quite rude and condescending, with a noticeable smirk on her face as she spoke to me. She implied that I was attempting to obtain free chips, which was not my intention. The value of the small chips was merely $3, and I had no desire to acquire them without paying.
