Attended today with wife, looking for a meal and one of the advertised Tim tam Macflurries. Tried ordering at one of the person-less screens. Couldn't find Macflurries. Went to counter, waited. It was pandemonium in the kitchen. Don't know why. It was after 2pm, the drive thru had only 2 cars and We were the only people trying to order. Dining room had 1 person. Asked Macflurries? - reply no soft serve. Surely they have at least 2 of the soft serve machines. How could both be broken? Scratch the TV and Internet special Macflurries. That was a waste of advertising dollars. Ok, completed order minus Macflurries. Table number? What number? Oh, get it yourself from the counter. Paid by card at the personless machine. Error, printer error. Again up to the counter. Reported problem, sort of who cares answer. Went back to personless machine to see if I could CANCEL. No. Waiting at the table, staff approached, can't have 2 chicken wraps. What? One grill and one other, ok? Food came, couldn't tell which wrap was which. Mine, the burnt chicken added flavor. At least the lettuce was fresh. And for a change I didn't mind it had no dressing, give my gastric ulcer a rest.
Ok, fluid in, fluid out. Trip to men's toilet. On entering, I thought I had stepped down to the sub level 6 of the Titanic. Flood! Obvious it wasn't new. Surely one of the male staff had to use this flooded toilet in the last 48 hours? Surely? No one noticed? I reported it to the manager who tried to look surprised. Left. Sorry, this maccas won't be seeing us again. Do yourself a favor, there are several better ones within 5...
Read moreDear Para Hills McDonald's, I pen this rhyme, To express my dismay, it's about your time. Your quality and service, they're falling so steep, I'm disappointed, it's hard to keep.
Oh, McDonald's, once a beacon of delight, Now my experience turns dark as night. Melted ice cream, a sorry sight to see, I craved a sweet treat, but you failed me.
Burgers once warm, now as cold as can be, Like an icy gust of disappointment, you see. The sizzle and taste, they've gone awry, Leaving me with a burger I can't deny.
Undercooked fries, a culinary sin, Soggy and limp, they fail to win. I long for the crispy, golden delight, But instead, I'm left with a sorry bite.
Oh, Para Hills McDonald's, what has occurred? Your standards have plummeted, that's my word. I miss the days of satisfaction and glee, When your food brought joy and set spirits free.
Please take heed of this complaint I convey, Revive your glory, make a change today. Bring back the quality and service of old, So customers like me won't feel so cold.
I hope my words reach your attentive ear, And inspire action to bring back the cheer. For I long to return with a smile on my face, To a McDonald's that upholds its grace.
Sincerely disappointed, a customer sincere, Yearning for the McDonald's that...

I am a regular and stop many mornings as on way to uni ranging from breakfast to coffee. I have witnessed them making mistakes with other customers whilst waiting for my order, and I get this can happen, however what I find appauling is the bad att itude from the operators and back chatting to the customers, I have often left saying I wont go back but as I have not personally experienced this I will just be mindful this occurs here. This morning however I experienced the rude backchatting after a wrong order,, the operator misheard what I ordered even though I have ordered same thing many times and said it same way the other operators have understood. I am most upset, I also feel like as a regular my frequenting this restaurant aswell as my repeat business has not been valued. I will not be coming back to this particular store. Food quality is great but the side of bad attitude when making a mistake with order is a big No No McDonalds. Retrain your staff Para Hills, they will thankyou when they are older and are respectful young adults from this...
