Quick Easy pickup, delicious #ticket 161# i have experience great food at Noodle Box Fulham Gardens, the pickup order is always on time & service is great. i ordered a few dishes before closing and as per their high expectations this time i felt it wasn't, however i phoned the next day to view my thoughts as " i know iv always had great food with the Fulham store. The staff member who i spoke to, was very pleasant while explaining myself, never interrupted me heard what i had to say. He gave me two options to re order or money back. Either option was much appreciated and it goes without any hesitation he gave great customer service to my satisfaction. I was refunded 24 hours and absolutely i would order again, it was just one of those nights, So i really want to highlight the outcome was 100%, and his customer service manner 100% thank...

The first couple of times we ordered food here, it was great. The last 2 stops here resulted in poor food. We ordered sweet and sour noodles and Korean chicken. we sampled pork, beef and chicken noodles. In all the orders, hardly any sauce in the noodles, no taste and the pork pieces were just cartilage and fat - no meat; yuck! Is the sauce expensive, hence the stinginess?? The Korean chicken has great crunch but doesn’t taste like anything. We will not be returning to this noodle box...

Have been ordering here for years and its been great. However last few times food has been disgusting. Last night we had laksa absolutely flavourless the noodles were still hard the seafood smelt bad and had no flavour. The tofu was inedible. Absolute waste of money.
