Honestly, worst sushi I tried ever. I really enjoy sushi and visit Sakura sushi after shopping woolworth. it only took 5 mins to have sushi from the shop. when I had first bite, I felt the rice is super dry and there is no flavour at all. rice isnt seasoned (which is typical sushi rice seasoning which is sweet sour seasoning.) I'm pretty sure they use the rice by itself or season really less to reduce cost. I actually I ordered prawn, avocado sushi and they started making when I order it(coz there is no prawn sushi in the show case). how its possible sushi get dried and super cold already in 5 mins. That means they store the rice in wrong place (I think not in a warm box something like esky). Thats why rice is super dried and cold. and there is very very tidy amount of avocado in it. definitely I couldnt taste any avo flavour at all. I hesitate to visit there due to so many bad reviews, but I just visited this time coz sushi is not a skill required food, so majority of places are just average. but extremely disappointed on this venue. I won't visit again.

Ordered and went to sit down. Immediately regretting my decision! I looked to see a salad spinner on top on a mop bucket. I then sat down and from the angle of where is was sitting black and white mould in inch think bits was all the refrigerator that enclosed the sushi. This mould was directly on above prepared uncovered food and led me to believe that this part had not been cleaned in what looked like months. From the angle of the person asking for sushi you can almost not see this bar but duck down and it’s there. No hair nets, no gloves or hygienic practises and the person serving went from money, to their phone(to take pics of our food and talk over it while uncovered) to putting a lid on and giving it to us - not the worst but not the best.

I recently visited a new sushi restaurant and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the warm ambiance and friendly service.

Food Quality: The quality of the sushi is top-notch. The fish is incredibly fresh, with a delicate texture, and each bite lets you taste the natural flavors of the ingredients. The tuna and salmon sushi were particularly impressive, melting in the mouth and leaving a lasting impression. The restaurant also offers many creative sushi options with unique combinations and rich flavors.

Service: The staff is very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain each dish in detail and were very patient with our questions and requests. The food was served quickly after ordering, so we didn't have to wait long.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere in the restaurant is very comfortable. The decor is simple and elegant, creating a relaxing environment. The seating arrangement is spacious, so it doesn't feel crowded, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

Price: Although the prices are a bit high, considering the quality of the ingredients and the overall dining experience, it is definitely worth it. The restaurant also offers some set menus that provide great value and cater to different customer needs.

Overall, this sushi restaurant left a deep impression on me. Whether it's the quality of the food, the service, or the dining environment, I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend it to my friends and will definitely...

After I managed to pry the waiters attention away from his phone, I ordered a chicken laksa to eat in. Pretty grotty set up which would have been fine if the laksa wasn’t the worst I’ve ever experienced and I’ve had a few. Sure, it is a sushi place I get it but the whole disinterested vibe wasn’t helped with delivery of the laksa to my table in a flimsy plastic take away bowl and a little single use plastic tea spoon. Can you imagine trying to drink a hot laksa with a little flimsy plastic tea spoon? The lack of foresight in choice of delivered said implement actually made me laugh. The laksa itself was predominantly the soup, thick rice noodle and crumbed chicken pieces which made for a pretty heavy undertaking without any greenery. The soup itself was extremely hot which gave me comfort in assuming the grot from the tables and counter tops wouldn’t survive such temperatures. I ate a little bit of the soup and noodles and left vowing to never return. But that’s the issue, as I write this a couple of hours later with my souvenir stomach ache, I realise people will always return because it’s in such a good location. Please improve...
