The lady with short dark hair who wears a black top (manager I’m assuming) at this store is an absolute disgrace. Every time I go into the shop, I hope that she is not working. She treats her employees like they are performing heart surgery. She places excessive stress on her workers, publicly ridicules them in front of customers when they forget whether someone said yes to having salt and pepper on their sandwich (I would forget more than that if I had this woman down my throat during a shift). During an online order (due to previous 2-3 orders from another store) we politely requested that they toast the sub; as we didn't want to experience the same non-toasting problem as a previous store and yet we were horrified to find that , yes, yet again, a stand-alone Subway store's online order of 'toasted' has been not fufilled.
I dont know what's going on with all the closures and incorrect orders, but cmon online Subway, your websites broken or your employees don't care because you're always getting it wrong.
