I was on holiday and went here 3 times because the food, service + cleanliness were all very good indeed. I'd thoroughly recommend this hotels restaurant. It's big but the tables are spread out allowing privacy and space. Each time I went with different friends and it allowed intimacy each time. The food is very good. The vegetable 'bar' is absolutely brilliant all cooked to perfection and hot. (a meal in themselves). Staff were great in assisting my friend who has food allergies and the chef altered a meal to accommodate her needs. I had fish +it was cooked perfectly. Our waitresses each time were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. I didn't use or go in any other rooms except the bathroom which was clean +well stocked. Only one complaint... My diet went to pot all three visits šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‹ When I next go back to Australia I hope its still thriving!

Beautifully refurbished hotel with an organic vibe. Various spaces to dine, dance and gather. The large multilevel outdoor entertainment area is welcoming and trendy, terrific for gatherings with family and friends. Includes fire place and wood oven for delicious fresh pizza. Excellent whole house menus with innovative choices. Serving staff are friendly, professional and on point. Venue adjoins a large Coles supermarket car park. Seperate sports front bar and pokies area for those inclined 😊 Family friendly venue with flexible seating configurations. The thoughtful floor layout is convenient for prams, wheel chairs and mobility devices making for a welcoming, inclusive experience. Recommend šŸ‘šŸ˜Š

Nice place but there’s very little love in some of the meals. Very basic for what you pay. Eggplant schnitzel was two bits of crumbed eggplant with a small pot of gravy. That was it. When asked where the chips were was brusquely told they weren’t asked for, even though they are part of the dish. What about a side salad? Nah, that’s extra. Fish and chips the same - call me entitled but surely Aussie pub bistros haven’t got so scummy that you don’t get a bit of lettuce and tomato with your fish and chips? Especially for the price you pay. Having to line up to order then pick up your meal yourself was the kicker. Disappointing. To be fair, others were happy with their curry and pizza.

After a game of Golf, as our small group usually did, we headed to a venue for a lunch meal. Noticing the Seniors menu we opted for that and I chose the Beef schnitzel option that included a dessert of which the Sticky date pudding was chosen. I was very very disappointed at the size of the meal. A half a piece of schnitzel and a dozen small chips with a small bowl of what looked like burnt mushroom gravy, it was so dark. Was this all for $20.00 ?Just a cut in half small schnitty and a handful of chips, no salad, no vegetables ??? My two colleagues also chose the seniors menu and were likewise served such a small meal that wouldn't feed a sparrow.

A kids meal would have been bigger.

On to the desert. This place is ONLY a HOTEL. Not a fine dining silver service top of the range restaurant. The ostentatious sticky date pudding served on a bed of very very sweet syrup overlayed with slices of banana, with some crunchy toffee arrangement and a scoop of ice cream on top. Very sweet and sickly.

This hotel (which is simply all it is) is trying to be something that it is not. A very overpriced menu for such little servings. How they get gullible patrons is beyond comprehension.

Other hotels offer a seniors menu, a normal full size meal at a discounted price. I re iterate, this one is trying to be something it is not.

I will definitely NOT be...

My friend and I from Seaford, thought we would go somewhere different for a change. Wow what a disappointment. As soon as we walked in, a group of patrons (quite drunk) were yelling and talking so loud. That was absolutely unfair on the rest of us. A while later two young girls, who clearly finished work for the evening, were sitting at the bar ( took a chair away from my friends reserved machine!!) and started to talk to the bar person at the top of their voices.. No consideration for their patrons at all.. We decided at this point we were going to go elsewhere.. The bar person said absolutely nothing to us.. no sorry no nothing.. he couldn't care less either. These girls couldn't care less, I said to them do you realise how loud you are being and one commented "it's ok we work here" to which I said well that's even worse!! This plus the drink I bought usually costs me $10.50 was $12.60.. That's honestly outrageous.. Seriously we were so disappointed. I would have thought this establishment would have had better standards than this.. I hope that maybe management will see this abd explain to their staff this is not customer service.. On a positive note, my past experiences at the warradale have been great. Unfortunately this was pretty disappointing.. let's hope this will never be...

This is not a place I would ever visit again.

To start with, the menu was very expensive. I have a gluten allergy and the cheapest item I could buy was $30.

Secondly, the menu listed several menu options as gluten free but they in fact were not gluten free, nor could or would they do anything to make it gluten free. When I double checked they never were Gluten free due to cooking it with gluten containing products, but they were advertised as Gluten free. I was horrified and angry because I had told the staff that I needed something gluten free and they indicated that it was GF and only admitted that it wasn't when I double checked asking outright - this is definitely Gluten free isn't it? After telling me that the chips weren't gluten free despite being advertised as gluten free they offered to give me something else instead and the only option they offered was mashed potato.

Thirdly the food was terrible. On the menu it said that the steaks were served with chips and a salad. My steak was rare despite me requesting medium-well done, the mashed potato was lumpy and there was no salad.

I would absolutely recommend against going there if you are ceoliac or don't want to spend a fortune for...
