Warradale Pizza House — Restaurant in Adelaide

Disgusted with the discrimination we received after sitting inside with my family and being asked to leave when our pizza and chips were ready because we had children inside.

This pizza house has chairs and tables inside, outside and a bar with 5 chairs around it. They told us we had to leave using the EXPIRED EXCUSE OF COVID RESTRICTIONS. They clearly didn’t want a family with children inside! So poorly managed and unprofessionally handled.

There were no signs displayed saying no dining or no children allowed as this is what they were insinuating!

The food was of a very low standard, below average ingredients and not even worth giving a 1 star rating.

All the staff behind the counter had NO MASKS on despite this being a mandatory requirement...

Price of everything is wrong in menus

Got over charged and then when I asked them about it they just said that the prices have gone up yet the front of their menu says it’s the ‘new menu’

Good pizza although the overcharging will not allow me to come back

Edit: just got home with the pizzas and we are missing a pizza they doubled our meat lovers and missed our satay chicken.

Pretty bad experience tonight however there was one gentleman in there that was really nice when we called he offered to deliver the missing pizza free of charge

So overall expect to pay extra but as long as you don’t get served by the young chick it...

Something has changed! The pizza bases were just the right thickness, well cooked and crunchy in the right places. There was a real point of difference between here and other pizza joints. The last two pizzas I had however were far from this. The base was thicker and mushy. Either they have changed the way they prepare their bases or they were under cooked. Please explain. I also don't think that it is a good idea to have a child as the face of your business. A nice kid but can't interact with adults and makes mistakes with change.
