I've been a customer of Wattle Park Bakery for over 20 years, from when it was a smallish bakery to now a full seated cafe. I've noted two things, 1) an expanding of their shop and 2) a gradual decline in their customer service to the point of arrogance. After this morning I will not return there again, this was the 3rd poor customer service moment in the last month. Today's incident summarised a total disregard to customer service, I walked in to a nearly empty shop, no line up. I stood and waited for over 30 seconds while 6 staff members walked around me, talked to each other and generally seemed busy doing not a lot other than ignoring customers. A simple, acknowledgement of the customer or better still, serving them is what I would expect. After being ignored for long enough I walked out empty handed to a call of "I can help you now". Help yourselves and remember the customer is the most important asset to your business. I...

okay so there's a few things that make this place the best coffee shop / bakery in adelaide. firstly, the exceptional consistency this place provides - incredible coffee EVERY time (coming from someone who used to be a barista for years i know thats not always easy) - yummy comfort food - genuine and good energy, even when they're under the pump, so good to see people who actually enjoy they're jobs (suggests decent management that look after their team too) which is amazing - dogs, everywhere - it's a physically stunning place, greenery and art and calligraphy everywhere, beautiful interior and lovely outside area too, makes waiting for a coffee on busy days part of the experience, taking things slow and appreciating that such a great place exists ✨️ writing this review because everyone there works so hard and i want to say it is very very much appreciated, and also good coffee is...

Nice little cafe located in the Eastern Suburbs. Plenty of seating inside and out! They have a good range of pies, pastries and sandwiches! Also a cabinet full of yummy desserts! Home style cakes and slices are so good! Their Coffees are nice too! We went on a Saturday morning and it was so busy and people lining up to order food! Their service was so fast! We got seated and in less than 10 minutes got the coffees. The sandwich we ordered came in a paper bag like a takeaway pack. We collected single use plates and cutlery and ate the sandwich using them. They don’t have crockery but single use paper plates and cutlery if needed. They have disability access to the cafe. Also it was a nice touch to see the small doggie house with a water bowl for...

This is a very lovely bakery / Cafe situated at the far east end of Kensington Road. They offer a big variety of cakes, savoury and pies etc, and of course, also exceptional coffees. I love the indoor ambience of this Cafe, and the well designed outdoor seatings, too. The outdoor area is facing northwest, so you can see the beautiful blue sky / sunshine when it is a sunny day. They have installed overhead heaters to the outdoor seating area, so you will not feel freezing cold while sitting outdoor during winter. The staff are very friendly, and there are plenty of car park spaces. Overall, this is a 5⭐️ Cafe / bakery for enjoying coffee and breakfast.

It's such beautiful weather to sit outside at the Bakery Cafe. Coffee was good with snickers brownie and apple crumble. I would like to try the crumble again, heated up during winter. The bakery has expanded and has become a cafe over the years. It's great to be able to support their progress even though I live interstate. Yesterday, I shared a plain and Cornish pasty and a sausage roll. All of it was yummy. Try it out. On yet another occasion, I tried the caramel and peanut butter brownie. On tasting, you get a good hit of flavour from dark chocolate, then you're left with the sweetness of the caramel and peanut flavour. Yummy.
