Unfortunately I have to re-edit my review as I'm so disappointed that the chicken flavour has changed the old slow cook chicken recipe was better than the new one. Also, I'm extremely unhappy with the service how little ingredients are added to my burrito when I'm the one paying for it. The lack of common sense when the lime is completely empty and when I request for more lime on my burrito they use the empty lime which barely any drops come out instead of getting rid of it and using a fresh lime. I have to speak up to get the burrito that I want to be a happy customer. But what really hurts the most is the lack of common sense. I see a lot of new staff and I rarely drop by now to support this business. I wish something positive would turn out here. It's so upsetting and it makes me feel uncomfortable to ask. I miss the people I know because they had quality experience and they showed their appreciation and valued me as a customer. Sadly it's just a job for some people. I'm put of from returning and if I give thought to want to buy a burrito the unhappy memories of not getting what makes me happy stops me from returning. i generally don’t put reviews but this time i really have to. if you want to have the most tasteless and ingredient less burrito then you should definitely visit this zambrero store. most of the time they dont have ingredients such as guacamole and even sauces. there was a time when they didnt have onion and rice can you believe that and on the top of that customer service. last night i ordered a burrito and there was this girl serving me first of all i was deciding and looking at the menu but she was in so rush that she started making a burrito with me without even asking for a size.After that she started putting stuff but i noticed she didn’t put guacamole in that and she didnt even mentioned to me then i asked her did you put guacamole in that and then she said they dont have much and she pretended that she put some in there but there was none in my meal. After that it was time for sauce and they didnt have any sauce with them quiet usual. she squeezed a little bit out of it and thats all .they just dont bother to refill their stuff. and let me tell you it was one of the most incredibly tasteless burrito i have ever had. and when it comes to charge you they will do there best even if they dont have any ingredients. your staff really need to brush up their customer service skill. Next to no consistency when it comes to the quality of the food. Have been going to the Golden Grove store on a weekly basis and am becoming increasingly frustrated with the varying quality of food I’m getting. I always order the same burrito every time I come in but it’s beggining to become a game of chance as to wether the rice or chicken in it will be any good or even edible.. on multiple occasions the rice has been left sitting in the pot for WAY too long going bad and ruining the entire burrito.. I’ve also had occasions where the rice I’m served is full of black stuff that gives the whole burrito a weird sour tangy taste??
