Soonta Golden Grove — Restaurant in Adelaide

The staff at Golden Grove, need some customer and communication training, or replacing. I lined up at the food counter while 2 staff members were serving current customers. Waited a they moved directly in front of me to fill those orders. 1 left the rea, the other moved to serve a new customer who river after me. Then as the other returned another customer arrived, and they communicated in a foreign language, and she went to serve the new customer. When I queried why I wasn’t served I was told, “the line is down there” by the girl who was almost directly in front of me, who then turned he back and ignored me gin. I was unaware of the existence of this sign. I left without purchasing, but returned to explain that perhaps they could have explained That I needed to move down to the other end to order to which she replied “I didn’t see you” I am over 70, not small, and 170 cms tall.

She shrugged, lied and was rude. I have tried the food and liked it, but not enough to accept waiting 3-5 mins to be served, and then be exposed to...

Would never go there again. It was very disappointing and somewhat unfriendly. I only ate the Bahn Mi because I was hungry and had paid for it. It was tasteless. The roll didn’t seem fresh and I had no choice of filling or sauce except the meat. One of the spring rolls was like cardboard. I’ve only ever had high quality Vietnamese food in town where you get much greater variety of filling and sauces, friendly service and absolutely delicious. Thanks for replying to my post. Reviews are a way to get feedback and it’s not just me saying there’s room for improvement. I hope for your sake and for the staff you can find a way to make it a place people fight...

My only complaint it you start to shut down a 2pm. So instead of me spending my money there I go next door to sushi and have to spend there. Please stay open till 3pm please.

I couldn’t add another review so I added it here in an edit. At 3pm I see your shop front is empty. No rice, and the vegetables and meats are gone. Everything is packed away.
