Cowabunga! Hungry Jack's in Bairnsdale truly exceeded my expectations and deserves a solid five-star rating. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly cooked burgers and the sight of a "Free Wi-Fi" sign, beckoning me to stay awhile.
What truly impressed me were the thoughtful amenities available to customers. With power plugs and even a USB charging cable conveniently located by the tables, the possibilities are endless! Here are five things I suggest making the most of this combination:
Enjoy a meal while catching up on work or emails using the free Wi-Fi.
Host a study session with friends, fueled by delicious burgers and fries and powered by the available outlets.
Plan your next adventure or road trip using your charged device.
Stream your favorite tunes or shows while savoring the tasty treats.
Stay connected with loved ones by video chatting, thanks to the reliable Wi-Fi connection.
Speaking of treats, the chips were a highlight of my visit—nicely crunchy on the outside yet soft in the middle, and seasoned to perfection. The staff were friendly and efficient, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. And to top it off, the toilet was spotlessly clean—a welcome surprise!
In summary, Hungry Jack's Bairnsdale is a cowabunga-worthy spot where you can enjoy great food, convenient amenities, and friendly service. Two...
Read moreDropped into Hungry Jacks today to try their new boneless chicken pieces after watching their ads on Tele. The ads show nice big crunchy chicken being dipped in their sauces. The only truthful part about the video is “ they were dipping a piece of crunchy chicken in a sauce” but that’s where the truthful part ends. The chicken I was served has no resemblance whatsoever to that ad. The size of the chicken made 2 chicken nuggets look huge by comparison and the coating on it reminded me of a skinny piece of battered fish. No appeal in any shape or form. I said to one of the staff “ it’s a shame the chicken I got does not match the photo on the menu” and “ he agreed”. My wife and I were very hungry, just having driven from Sale, so we ate the 5 ( large nuggets). The only saving grace was their chips which were lovely. The star is for the chips. I suggest you save your money and go just down the road and the KFC buy their tenders at half the price and with a very nice coating compared to what we got. Shame or Scam. Trying to work out if I am sad for them or...
Read moreCame through this morning at 6am. Man at the service counter (sorry I didn't see your name) but he appeared to be alone in the store (was outside doing cleaning prior to taking order).
For clarity of the next bit we decided to try hungry jacks after the young kids/teenagers at McDonald's could just never seem to get the order right (ever) and the coffee was always wrong- missing extra shots, wrong milk, bad temps etc.
The reason for me leaving this review is that, as stated, this was 6am and the man appeared to be alone, Regardless of this; the food was perfect, hot, delicious. The coffee was strong, delicious and perfect temperature, the service was immaculate, friendly and upbeat despite the time.
McDonald's could learn something from what hungry jacks seems to be doing. Maybe they can ask these guys to train their baristas and staff.
Thanks for the right start to the day guy, had a long drive and this kicked...
