McDonald's Freeway North Baldivis — Restaurant in Baldivis

Morning, Your store on the Kwinana freeway heading north has to be one of the most poorest when it comes to morning service times, yet probably could be one of the most performing. Most mornings the time to get your order is only just good enough, this morning however after waiting 15mins for my order a double sausage muffin meal (really not hard) I walked out with only my coffee as I can't wait that long. After seeing people who had ordered before me still sitting there waiting I made my assessment I was possibly not getting my order within 5 mins taking my order receival time to minimum 20mins. Another lady turned to me as she walked out and offered me her meal docket as she couldn't wait any longer either. To make things worse the staff there seem to be oblivious to the wait times, reading the looks on people's faces as they wait and are unable to move faster then a snail. Went to McDonald today, order two soft serves in a cone one with strawberry sauce on top and one with extra chocolate sauce. The presentation of the two soft serves looked pretty disgusting! Ice cream on a lid melted with a cone on top it looked bad and all liquidate. If someone served this to another person like this, you wouldn’t be impressed! It went all over me. No apology from the young guy he just threw it in the bin.

No customer service! I had to explained to two people why I had to give the ice cream back till I got my money back.

Please train your staff on food presentation. If you know your food doesn’t look good or bad before you handout to the customers.

If you know it’s going to be messy, you could offer the soft serve in a cup! There is no excuse! And another thing you should check your self serve screen you don’t have a sundae button only soft serve.

McDonalds is located inside the NorthBound Baldivis off ramp road house. The location has BP fuel for cars and trucks, an attached cafe and Red Rooster. Plenty of parking for cars and trucks, an overflow area and specific bus and caravan parking areas (as you drive in, stick to the left and follow it around).

The McDonalds itself is kept well and the food is typically as per the menu. The coffee (my main reason for visiting) is touch and go. Seldom do I notice the same barista twice but given being McDonald’s, I’d expect the coffee to be the same everywhere regardless of the barista. However without fail, every time I’m on the Kwinana freeway, I stop for a gamble on my latte.
