I organised a surprise 50th Birthday Party at Txoko Brewing on a Saturday evening 11/01/25 and everything about the experience was smooth, simple, and generally awesome. We had about 50 guests attend, and Gabriel curated a fantastic share/tapas style menu for everyone. No one went hungry, and everyone raved about the food and beer selection throughout the night. Gabriel and his staff were all wonderful and accommodating throughout, assisting with cake, specialty meals (Gluten Free) and helping us find an extension cord on short notice. We really appreciated their efforts to ensure everything went smoothly. The vibe was also great, very relaxed and warm, with the beautiful view and balmy summer night the perfect backdrop for our event. It was a wonderful night to remember and I'd highly recommend them!

Random stop for lunch. Service was almost too quick! A main and an entree came out together, quickly followed 30 seconds later by the other entree and main. We weren’t asked if we wanted it all out together, so that was a little disappointing as two people can only eat so quickly. Regardless, the food was absolutely fantastic. Great value for money, tasty, presented nicely, and service came with a smile. The pineapple cider was apparently great and the Upper Reach SBS was lovely also. The venue itself is tired and certainly doesn’t claim to wow you with its surrounds, but if you’re not too fussy, like to see some vines and a hills outlook, check it out. It had a decent flow of patrons so I assume it’s fairly popular. The food will speak for itself.

First time in Perth and I took the chance to go and visit Swam Valley and nearly the end of the circuit, I asked in another winery for food recommendations and another places for tasting and this local person straight away suggested Txoco, and I absolutely loved it. Txoco has a variety of beer, including a funky beer (Harmony) which is a must try, the food is delicious (Pizzas for their dough and croquets, delicious), the vibes and people are excellent, all of them super friendly and really easy to talk to and willing to explain about their process, their history, and every question related. I totally would come back and visit them once again! Absolutely recommended for everyone 😊.

Stopped by for lunch while we were visiting Swan Valley. Wasn't thinking about food too much because I just had lunch an hour prior, so I started with a pint of beer, but when I saw the pizza at the neighbouring table I had to order one. The choice was Bee's Knees, which is one of my favourite pizzas of all time - heat & honey, a poetic combination. If you have a pizza joint and don't have a pizza like this on your menu, I don't know what you're doing with your life.

When the pizza came to the table and I had my first bite, I LITERALLY couldn't believe how good it was. The dough was fantastic, something that you rarely see perfected to the dot by pizzerias. This was like something straight out of Naples. Words truly can't describe how good it is.

On the other hand, the service was top-notch. I didn't ask, but I had a feeling that it was a family-run business, which gives me so much joy to see and support. Everything was tightly knit and sailing smoothly.

Wish I had Txoko closer, but I'd travel to WA just for this (and wine of course). Such a...

We have been meaning to try Txoko for awhile and went there on the weekend. Really nice setting and the kids loved it, but I wouldn't be in a hurry to return. Beers weren't bad and the bar tender was really knowledgeable, but I didn't feel the urge to buy any takeaways. Kids meals were really generous, no complaints. Had the grilled snapper, not bad but nothing to set it apart from what I could cook at home. Grain salad was at best average. I'm not vegetarian but have had salads at another brewery which knocked it out of the park. This one was really bland, a lot of healthy ingredients thrown together in a bowl and no real flavour. I hate to nit pick but there was one small patch of lawn in the dining area and it was overgrown by a couple of weeks. It's a 5min job to mow/snip and show that you care about your place. I hate to write an average review as I'm all for upcoming places, but I hope some honest feedback might help Txoko. There's definitely potential but a few tweaks required to reach the level of some of the competition....

YOU MUST VISIT THIS PLACE! This is a hidden gem in the Swan Valley. I just had the best ever beef curry with fluffy rice and paratha style bread. This wasn’t a meal, it was an experience I wont forget in a hurry. Did someone mention pork ribs, yum and then there is their selection of the most amazing craft beers, brewed on the premises of course. My only regret was not tasting the coffee infused stout beer that was launched today. Their wines are awesome and I noticed the beer tasting paddle was very popular so I will put that on my list for next time. I noticed the wood fired oven being lit, so I can only assume their wood fired pizzas are authentic, cant wait to try them. I almost forgot. If you are a biltong freak like me, then grab a bowl of their home made bestseller stuff, that is, in my opinion, the perfect accompaniment with a cold...
