Tried ordering through the app and couldn't even pay through it or even order and pay in store. Called up Beechboro store to place the order because we couldn't place it through the app and they declined and called us to the store and offered no understanding at all. We do understand it must be something they don't offer so it's okay. Placed an order in the drive thru and gave us our stuff and on asking one of the main managers on at 7:00pm on Sunday evening 14/07/2024 the price of fried chicken she did not want to make the effort to bring it up on the screen and tell us and arrogantly told us to come into the store and then she would tell us. Why would we leave the drive thru, park the car, get out in the rain and walk into the store just so she could tell us the price of 4 pieces of fried chicken? Including the fact that there was absolutely no customers in store and no one else in the drive thru apart from us. The food was so crap. The chips did not have salt at all, some of them had black marks on them. One of the regular chips was not even filled till the top. The reds burgers did not have the cheese slice in it as it is supposed to have. Expected more out of this store and did not expect such arrogance from one of the main managers. Received such service on multiple occasions, the food quality needs to be improved and the higher staff needs to humble down a bit? We were not rude to them and were trying our best to be as cooperative we did not deserve to be treated like this specially when it wasn't even a busy evening. Managers need to set good examples and be a little considerate while handing customers. I ordered a LARGE picklebird box. (I knew I should have looked at it before I left the store).
On arriving home and opening the box, I was beyond annoyed.
The burger was supposed to have a single decent piece of chicken in it but instead there were 2 luke warm dry chicken tenders and very little anything else.
The single piece of chicken should have been a breast size piece but was instead, an underwhelming drumstick.
In my previous review (below), the food was good but after tonight I was left with the impression that this store lacks pride in their quality of both service and quality of their product.
The first pic is how it is advertised vs what I was charged for and received in the second two. Nothing like it was advertised.

I received my food and decided to check to see if i got what I ordered. The packing was atrocious, the chips were out of the packet and they were extremely cold. I ordered a Reds Box and I got a wing instead of a drumstick, NO MEAT ON THE BONE!!! It was cold too. Thought the burger was going to be okay but it was not, in a reds burger, there is supposed to be a tender, but you put shredded chicken in the burger, which made my burger soggy and didn't taste great at all!
