Where do I even start. This place is a complete scam!

We were charged way above the menu prices. When I noticed the difference in price I called up as I thought maybe they made a mistake only to receive rude customer service saying they charged a cleaning fee for my children. Over $20 for a cleaning fee. There was no communication that we would be charged a cleaning fee. Never in my life have I ever been charged a cleaning fee at a restaurant- it comes with the industry.

We took a photo of the original receipt as we weren't sure the food was supposed to cost as much as it did. When we returned the next day for our refund we were greeted rudely and no apologies were given. Then the receipt had been completely change with additional costs to justify the amount they charged so theyd only refund us a little amount. Honestly this is just a scam.

The owners and staff held no accountability and treated us with complete disrespect.

Will never be returning to your shop. Such a shame as we were loyal customers.

Have had takeaway from this restaurant since it opened. But have to say the food I ordered and ate tonight was well below the high standard it was before. Spending over $100 for takeaway is a huge treat for us so was expecting the same high standard of food we have always had before. I don't know whether they are new owners or news chefs, but the food was well below average and to be honest didn't seem fresh despite pre ordering at lunchtime for an evening meal. The satay sticks were dry, the fish horrible. We order the same dishes every time Satay sticks, garlic prawns, sweet and sour fish it was all bland, spring rolls so when you have the same food year after year you can compare the quality. Not a good experience. Had dinner there tonight, they wanted us there 15min before we booked then it was quick quick quick. Starters and mains came immediately one after another no time to enjoy what you had eaten. Food was OK would not recommend. Tables placed so close to one another that I had an Asian man keep going between my chair which was pushed right in and the person behind me thereby always causing me to be pushed further in, when I asked him to go around he got quite aggressive all I asked for was manners which he had NONE.
