First time we have visited this newly owned restaurant in Bicton although we had been sometime ago when it was called Kava and it was a favourite Well very pleased to report Terra Mare was every bit as good if not even better then the previous place it was great The place has been modernised and looks a treat. The food was brilliant it was very tasty and a very good range to select from. We had started with a beautiful pizza a oven baked Calabrese, a Herb and Garlic Focaccia, a large plate of oven baked chips and several plates of beautiful salads For mains we had a magnificent Baked Beef Lasagna, baked Fremantle Octopus yummy, a large Cannelloni bubbling with taste, Tiger oven baked prawns yes yes and on it went Our table couldn’t speak highly enough about the taste and quality of the delicious meals. Cost wise it was excellent value for money and the atmosphere was great. The service was first class and the staff were very friendly and most helpful I would recommend Terra Mare to anyone looking for a quality meal at good prices It’s certainly a restaurant our group will visit again many times Love the place Well we returned once again and truely the food was delicious We had the shared scotch fillet chips and salad. Read moreWe were hunting around for somewhere in our local area for dinner and stumbled upon Terra Mare. I don't expect much from WA restaurants as usually its underwhelming and expensive, but this was unreal. We had the Aranchini, Margarita Pizza, and I had a modified Chicken Parmigiana where I replaced the Chips with Spaghetti. Everything was excellent. Each of the 4 x Aranchini had their own flavour profile, which were all so delicious. The Margarita Pizza was perfect - the base was cooked to perfection and was delicious. The Parmi was a traditional style chicken breast, not your pub style, but it was so crispy and tasty, paired with the spaghetti made for a great combo. My request to replace the fries with Spaghetti was unusual, so the Chef came out to confirm my order and from there was really attentive and looked after us. They have a new steak sandwhich on for the next month and generously gave me a sample. They make everything in house and you can really tell, the house made pickles on the sandwhich add this little kick through all the deliciously oily elements of the sandwhich. The pizza was great too, nice, delicate and light and packed full of flavours.
Please give the two gentlemen (guy with blonde hair and guy with glasses and dark hair) working as floor staff a raise or a big praise because they had the best service I've had out of any restaurant in the last 18 months.
Friendly service so on point, attentive and customer focused they could easily work in a high grade fine dining restaurant and fit right in.
Restaurant was cosy, warm and perfect setting.
