Grevillea Steakhouse & Bar Restaurant — Restaurant in Biloela

Not overly impressed with this place, went there for our anniversary, booked a table for 6pm, we were left sitting outside on the wall until nearly half past six, when proprietor casually strolled down & opened restaurant, No apology, once placed order I was questioned as to why I wanted cocktail sauce with my oysters, by the same person. Chef wandering around in dining room with only thongs on her feet & obviously a serious skin disorder, with her arms exposed. Ambience nil, service lacking, very old & outdated...

I ordered a 200g “medium” steak. It came out 45 minutes later despite being the only person in the restaurant. Needless to say it was terribly over cooked (and looked about 100g).

When I asked about it I was told “other people find medium too bloody so this is the way we cook it”.

So regardless of how you like your stake, at this restaurant other people decide how it is cooked. I left the meal and left the restaurant. No wonder...
