What a horrible establishment this place is, I walked in and ordered a takeway meal and was supprisur to find it was in fact open. Everything was dark, no lights on outside, no flashing open sign and barely a logli on inside.
I was glad not to be dining in as the dim lighting revealed a dirty and dated dining room, a young lady who seems to be annoyed every time the phone rang and let it ring away for some time hoping the older gentleman shuffling around hacking and snorting would answer it before her.

So after giving this restaurant another go, I am glad to change my rating and wish Hang Sing all the best and hope they continue...

Hang sing gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling that is sometimes incomprehensible....
