Tram, you bake the best bakery goods/ sandwiches etc in this area. I'm welcome with a happy greeting, warm smile and genuine interest in how my day has been every visit. Your staff are equally as amazing and you truly deserve an award, but for now my praise will have to do. Tram the owner of the bakery you are a remarkable women who has worked harder than anyone I know. Through covid and other contributing factors you've always shon through. Bomaderry Bakehouse & cafe I visited 26 April 22 had a pretty packed chicken sandwich which was very poorly made, then I bought a steak pie which was awful. I asked the woman who was serving who is making the pies and she said "We make them here" I said what I just ate it was more like a gravy pie not a steak Pie.. and she jokingly said "we are going to told to the Cook" the hygiene was minimum using the same clove to fix the order and the same clove to give you change...

I ordered some pork rolls and a few chicken sandwiches to take out today, the quality was amazing and I enjoyed the food and services very much.
