I’ve been going to coffee On Piccadilly for the past year and a half have found over the last few months that the service and quality of the product has dropped. Went there today to get mango bread and coffees, was the only person at the shop waiting. Had three staff on , and waited 15+ minutes .Got my mango bread and it was completely burnt. Ok so I'm a bit of a chai snob since my body won't allow me to drink coffee anymore. I had such a great chai here this morning that I WILL be coming back. Chai seem to vary a lot from shop to shop and I must say the chai I had here was REALLY good! Not too sweet, creamy and flavoursome. The service needs to be improved by showing some warmth and not making me feel like an annoying transaction to deal with. I observed a different approach with regular visitors so just a tweak to make it consistent to all. They have outdoor and indoor seating and nice chilled vibe.
