I was in coffee two 14 today with my kids, I have ordered one flat white and two hot chocolate plus chicken burger with ships for kids. Kids couldn’t eat the burger as the chicken patty was so hard that no one could even cut it imaging eating it so I called the guy who were working there and I said we can’t even cut the patty can you please try to cut this and he said I know what you mean but we don’t make patties ad we just buy it.at this point I was so angry and I said this is not eatable, kids just ate the chips. I don’t ask for money back I simply was asking burger that is eatable. He saw the burger is there and can’t be eaten. He was so rude and was like I don’t want to cut the patty and there is nothing I can do about it as I didn’t not make it. He was sooo rude as I couldn’t believe then I went to Westfield customer service explaining what had happened she said there is nothing we can do so please leave a review ..I will put this in social media for months and months and will contact consumer affairs plus OFT. I don’t want the money back even my kids left the coffee shop hungry but this not the way they should treat customer.there is law in this country and I won’t let them get a way with this at all as he was way too rude. I left review on the website bussiness and will leave comments on social media as well. Very disappointed to be treated like this in Chermside shopping centre.😡😡😡😡😡 he could see the burger was left behind and kids just ate the ships. Someone needed to give me a call please as I’m taking this matter to consumer affairs. The burger were chicken burger and I was scared it had not been cooked properly or heated up properly, but when I saw his rudeness and careless couldn’t handle the anymore. Kids could get sick by that patty or uncooked or UN heated probably. Certainly I won’t let him get a way with his rudeness and carelessness attitude. It’s been more than 15 years I go to the chermside shopping centre and never had this kind of experience so...

DO NOT EVER BUY COFFEE HERE! Bloody rude and terrible service! Thursday 11/04/24, at 11am, Ordered a regular coffee with almond milk and paid $5.40. Wait for like 20’’ eventhou the rude staff said the waiting was 5’. After 20’ of waiting it came out a small one instead of regular and i asked her ‘ excuse me i ordered regular’ she explained the prices and after that ‘you can go somewhere else to pay $8’ with a freaking rude way and few minutes later come out with the cash put on table n rudely said here is the money n don’t come to my coffee again …( i didn’t even ask or need her money back and probably let it go but her horrible attitude couldn’t bare it) Unbelievably i didn’t do anything rude to her and thought that i ordered something and she gave me wrongly but her absolutely rude attitude is very terrible towards the customer who PAID FOR THE SERVICE NOT FOR FREE! I gave the coffee back on their bench and of course I NEVER NEED TO BUY A COFFEE in this rude and terrible coffee shop again ever. Goodluck with keeping the customers with that horrible services...
