I’m a regular Hungary jacks customer going there at least three times a week , went to rockley Hungary jacks on Friday night to have something for dinner , ordered two vegie burger meals , young lady at the drive through was so busy she assumed or by default put coke with my meal. At the window I tried to correct her by asking if I can have sunkist or Fanta instead ,to which she lashed out saying to be more precise next time. I corrected her and said that she didn’t give me enough time to finish my order. She was like I’m so busy right now etc etc. well that was not customers problem if she was really busy or not. Her attitude was really demeaning and disrespectful. She really needs more training. Although manger came out and try to apologise to which I stopped by saying it’s not her fault anyways I know nothing is gonna change but thought I’d share. They spend millions of dollars on TV promos , sponsorships etc how about spend some money training your staff to act professionally and maybe treat the customers you already have with respect and listen to customers orders carefully.
Ended up having coke anyways so no win...

Whilst we waited for the meal, watched as the staff talked and joked to each other, instead of filling the order. We then had to park out the front and wait for 12 minutes, for some part of the order to be made, until another of staff ambled out with the bag and his phone, nonchalantly passed it through the window and then used his phone as he walked back inside. We checked the order and found that the dipping sauces were missing, so went back through the drive through, explained the situation and was told to reverse out of the drive through and wait out the front again. No one came out, so ended up having to go back inside and picked up the sauces from counter. The inside of the store looked very dirty and unappealing. Zero care and attention from anyone who worked there, where all the staff gave off the vibe that they would rather be anywhere else. Only go to this store if it is the closest one...
Read morePlaced online order 15 min prior to pick up and advised the staff taking orders I had an online order and the order reference number. When I reached the payment area they prompted me to pay for someone else’s order to which I reinstated I had an online order. When I reached the pick up area they tried to hand me another persons order and didn’t have my order ready. They had not even started to make it. The staff laughed about the fact they had missed my meal on the screen. They didn’t offer any compensation and rather than properly apologising, they asked me to wait around the front as it would take a while. The whole reason I ordered ahead of time was because I only had a 30min lunch break and had to drive 6min there and 6min back. I only just made it back in time without having any time to actually eat my meal. Pickup the act please. UPDATE: Finally got to eat my burger and they had not taken the tomato off as requested!!
